   Choose your battles wisely. There is no need to continually stay on top of people. You don’t have to micromanage. When you think you might be micromanaging, ask people if they feel like you’re too invasive or too demanding. They’ll let you know. Cheerfully.

   When you understand your role of leader, you will begin to have clarity of mind. When you embrace that clarity, you will be able to see your goals clearer. When you see the goals, you can suddenly see what needs to be adjusted to get their sooner.

   When you encounter problems, they are a way for you to grow. You can address those problems as a way to make an improvement. You can always do something better. Attack every problem as a way to show your leadership and it will be just that.
